WHY WE STARTED AG PERFORMANCEBUILT FROM THE GROUND UP.
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP.
BUILT ON TRUST.
Independent pricing. Dealer-level care. No compromises on honesty.
AG Performance was founded on 1 August 2023 by Josh and Ian, with one simple belief: professional automotive care shouldn’t come with unnecessarily inflated prices.
After years in the motor trade, we’d seen first-hand how expensive servicing and repairs could become, and how difficult it could be for customers to know whether they were receiving genuine value for money. We believed there was a better way.
So we took the leap and built our own independent workshop in Lincoln from the ground up — combining specialist expertise and main-dealer levels of care with fair, independent-garage pricing.
Our story so farTHE WAY WE DO THINGSDO THE JOB PROPERLY.
DO THE JOB PROPERLY.
CHARGE FAIRLY.
For us, honesty isn’t a marketing slogan. It’s the foundation of everything we do.
That means taking the time to investigate faults properly, explaining our findings in straightforward language, being transparent about costs and treating every customer’s vehicle with the same care we’d give our own.
Whether it’s a routine service, a complicated diagnostic investigation or a major mechanical repair, our approach remains the same: do the job properly, charge fairly and earn our customers’ trust.

What started as a vision between two technicians has grown into an independent automotive business we’re incredibly proud of. However much AG Performance grows, the principles we started with will stay the same: honest advice, quality workmanship and fair pricing.
WHERE IT ALL BEGANONE IDEA.
ONE IDEA.
A FRESH START.
Before the new look, the reviews and thousands of workshop jobs, there were two technicians with a vision to do things differently.
This was our original AG Performance badge, created before we first opened our doors in August 2023. The branding may have evolved, but the principles behind it haven’t: honest advice, quality work and independent pricing.
THE ORIGINAL BADGE. THE SAME COMMITMENT.

ISN'T OPTIONAL.
The pictures you see here are vehicles and mechanical work from AG Performance — not a fictional workshop created for advertising. We believe showing our real work is one of the simplest ways to build trust.
